RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

 

The returns and refunds policy is applied to Govietmart Sites.

 

We always try our best to make our customers happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and would like to return goods to us.  The following policy sets out when you can return goods, and how to do so.

 

 

If you change your mind

 

If you change your mind, we have a 14 days return policy. That means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@govietmart.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: (GoVietMart Corporation , 468 Arbour Run, Suwanee, GA 30024) or to the address of the seller who sold the item.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When you return goods

 

When you return the goods to us, please also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and any accessories.

 

For all returns, postage is made at your own cost, or there are exceptions which we will notify you of during the processing of your return request. Please post to GoVietMart Corporation, 468 Arbour Run, Suwanee, GA 30024 or to the address of the seller who sold the item.

 

If you are coming to our office to return goods, please kindly let us know before coming, therefore we could arrange the manager to help you.

 

If you do not return the goods within 7 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site and no refund will be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

Getting your refund

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

 

If you are entitled to a refund, your Refund may take 10 to 21 business days depending on the payment method and the card issuing bank of the customer.

 

 

Please note that:

 

- Refunds will only be issued if the customer submits a refund request within 14 days of delivery.

 

- Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned to the seller within 7 days of cancellation.

 

- Refunds will not be issued if the transaction is fraudulent or violates Govietmart's policies.

 

- You must comply with Govietmart's refund policy and provide the necessary information to receive a refund.
